The business units are supported by over fifty (50) factory trained and certified technicians and engineers.

MBM staff comprises of a Software Support team who provide technical and software support in the areas of:
  • Operating Systems
  • Networking Solutions
  • Desktop and Accounting Applications
  • Banking Applications and Relational Database Management Systems.
  • Hardware Support

MBM technicians and engineers undergo continuous training both locally and at the Authorized Educational Facilities of our various principals overseas.

We are presently providing 6 * 18 hours hardware and software support to several of the major banks in Trinidad as well as an after-hours(up to 9.00 pm) service for customer with rental and maintenance contracts across the other various product Lines. A customer care line (623-4MBM) serves this purpose expediently.
